I had to stop in for the first time this morning as my husband normally deals with my car and I had the best experience. Dacey(Bryan)right away took a look at my car, put it on the lift, fixed the rattle and had me on my way to work in less than 30 minutes. I was so impressed. Everyone was nice and helpful. I dread car issues and this honestly made my day. This is a true local, good people kind of mechanic shop. Thank you!!!

Dacey's Place is a rare find. Well trained , honest mechanics who are excellent problem solvers. They have taken very good care of Ruby, ( my 2013 Honda Crosstour), spent a lot of time to determine her diagnosis and saved me quite a bit of money. I highly recommend their services.

Another quality experience with Dacey's. Had some issues with my van, they made time same day availability when I explained my vehicle is for work and carrying tools vital to keeping my schedule. I then had the owner Brian drive my vehicle to understand the issue and he noticed the transmission fluid was low and topped off fluids. In total, I paid $80 for the actual shop owner to drive and diagnose the issue without adding or upselling anything I didnt need. Max at the front desk helped me locate and purchase the recommended additional fluids to keep extra since I have an older vehicle that will need closer monitoring than newer vehicles for certain systems like transmission and engine oil. It is always great to know of an honest business and local mechanic who cares about their customers over profit. May they never sell out to a chain!
